This device is convertible and can be used either in a traditional portable mode (screen + keyboard / mouse), either in a tablet PC mode (tactile screen + stylet). It works in a standalone mode or in a network (direct connexion or classical Internet connexion).
Using it in the portable mode, enables all common PC tasks (launch Winnix applications linked to the company's network or simply at home being for letter writing, email checking,...)
Winnix application and the tactile mode enable a fast data acquisition thanks to its stylet. You will be able to work while standing in your storage premises, restocking your store's aisles and keep a keyboard use if necessary.
For more easiness, once the screen has been rotated, its use is one of a tablet PC which screen can work in the portrait of landscape mode. Winnix permits tactile and mobile application to be developed with a high visual comfort (for both the seller and the client).
This application works in real time with central server's multivalued data base. The device includes Wifi service, bluetooth which enables bar code reading, a modem and optional 3G/UMTS for high flows.
