In order to improve staff' efficiency and enhance production's quality for one of our clients, we developt and installed a new application. It joins the central servor to the industrial peripherics and directly translates clients orders into production's workshops.
This application enables a machine-tool driving, automatically setting a stop for profiles' and various rails' cut.
Moreover, a graphic ergonomy allows to zone components per rounds, per dates and per range.
Hardware's architecture is composed of a platinium, a tactile screen and a tag printer. This architecture offers a better reliability (no hard disk, no keybord, no mouse).
It avoids paper document production (only tags are left to stick on cutted components) and significantly reduces the waiting between entering clients' order and realizing end-products.
Big tactile screens enable a high comfort to select driving orders (better read-through and graphical ergonomy adjusted to workshops' staff).
